Returns may be considered only if:
The incorrect item was received.
The product arrived damaged during transit.
The product contains a verified manufacturing defect.
The order cannot be fulfilled and has not yet been dispatched.

For quality assurance, safety, and research integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Products removed from their original packaging.
Products stored improperly after delivery.
Orders refused by customs authorities.
Products returned without prior authorization.

Clear photographs of the product.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Seizures by customs authorities.
